Project enquiries

The public enquiry form prepares a message on your device. It only opens WhatsApp when you choose a contact; you decide whether to send. WhatsApp and Instagram operate under their own privacy policies.

Client workspaces

When connected, the client workspace uses Supabase authentication and stores project information, quotations, milestones and documents in a separate Zyvelle database. Access is based on assigned roles. Client information is used to deliver and coordinate your project.

External services

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts and background video from Mux. These providers receive network information such as your IP address. The site currently has no advertising analytics or online payment integration.

Local storage

A session flag remembers the introductory animation during your visit. Connected authentication may store a session in your browser. Workspace previews use sample records in memory and do not save client data.

Your requests

Contact Faisal or Zoya through the published business WhatsApp contacts to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. Any retention required for an active project or applicable recordkeeping will be discussed with you.
