1. Discovery & Quotations

Every project begins with a discovery consultation to establish goals, technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Formal quotations outline the exact scope of work, third-party service dependencies, milestone costs, and revision boundaries. A quotation is valid for thirty (30) days from its issue date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Agreements & Milestones

Work commences upon mutual acceptance of the formal quotation and execution of the services agreement. Projects are structured around verified milestones: Discovery, Design & Prototyping, Implementation, Acceptance Testing, and Handover. No online card payments are accepted through this website; all transactions are executed directly via authorized corporate banking channels.

3. Intellectual Property & Handover

Upon complete payment of all agreed project fees, full ownership and rights to the bespoke design assets, custom code, and deliverables transfer to the client. Third-party libraries, open-source modules, and framework tooling remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each milestone includes agreed review cycles as detailed in your specific quotation. Substantial modifications or additional capabilities requested outside the agreed scope are reviewed collaboratively and documented as separate versioned change orders.

5. Hosting, Third-Party Tools & Maintenance

Ongoing costs for domain registration, cloud hosting, third-party APIs (such as AI models or video streaming), and SaaS accounts are maintained directly by the client. Post-launch support, monitoring, and retainer arrangements are formalized under custom maintenance scopes.

6. Confidentiality

All proprietary business documents, strategic briefs, and trade secrets exchanged during consultation and development are treated with strict confidentiality.
